The Opportunity
We’re looking for highly motivated finance professionals to join our Corporate Finance & Controlling Function as Regional Controllers — key roles that oversee financial and controlling activities across our international subsidiaries.
This program offers the unique opportunity to develop strategic insight and hands-on expertise in a complex, multinational environment.
What you’ll do
During and after your training, you will:
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial records, ensuring alignment with both Group accounting principles and local regulations
- Deliver timely and business-focused financial performance reports
- Analyze margins, costs, and deviations across products, customers, and regions
- Set and oversee local analytical business models and financial dimensions
- Track capex projects, budgets, and spending efficiency
- Review cash flow forecasts and key financial drivers
- Guarantee full use and compliance with corporate reporting tools and procedures
- Drive and monitor the budgeting and forecasting processes across the Region
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or controlling roles, ideally in a multinational company
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to relocate internationally
- Available for an 18-month cross-functional training program in Milan HQ
- Up to 30–40% travel
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
- Natural leadership and excellent communication skills
