Leica Biosystems in Italy (Lombardy) is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global CoE with the local market. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalations, and ensure interactions meet global standards while adapting to local needs.
You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain and Finance to remove barriers, improve performance, and drive end-to-end customer experience. Travel ~5% is required.
