Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to join our global CoE. You’ll own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure interactions meet global standards while balancing local market needs.
You will collaborate with Commercial, Service, Supply Chain and Finance to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence and continuous improvement, while training teams and representing the market in global initiatives.
