Mission
The Regional Customer Data Champion acts as the central relay for the Group’s data governance.
The role ensures the quality, consistency, and compliance of customer data within central systems and databases by defining standards and guidelines for both Brands and Countries.
In addition, the Customer Data Champion promotes a data-driven culture and serves as the main point of contact for all customer data–related topics at company level.
Profile overview
• Good alignment with a European CRM Data Project Management role, demonstrating awareness of multi country and multi stakeholder business environments.
• Proven ability to manage CRM data projects end to end, translating data strategy into structured roadmaps and concrete action plans.
• Effective interface between business and IT teams, ensuring coordination, prioritization, and delivery follow up.
Requirements
• Good knowledge core CRM data domains (C1st, CCDB, Snowflake, Customer KPIs), with an understanding of governance, performance tracking, and data consistency challenges.
• Capable of formalizing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting data maturity across markets.
• Transversal profile, contributing to project business from business requirements to delivery key elements and the broader CRM data governance framework at European level
Skills :
English (minimum B2 level) and another G4 language, ability to understand database queries, project management, knowledge of Stellantis platforms (Salesforce Cfirst, Snowflake, Oracle CCDB)
