Integrity (Operations) Manager

We are seeking a Regional Due Diligence Lead for the EMEA region to develop a new center of excellence in third-party due diligence. This role is pivotal in building our new operating model for our due diligence team, part of a larger effort to manage risk in our supplier and sales channel ecosystems. The team conducts independent, consistent reviews to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks and promote a culture of integrity and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of due diligence experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Design, execute, and improve due diligence workflows, including onboarding, monitoring, and escalation protocols.
  • Ensure timely and accurate due diligence reports.
  • Identify risks in third-party onboarding and provide mitigation actions.
  • Oversee enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk third parties, including ownership analysis, sanctions screening, and red flag resolution.
  • Act as the primary regional liaison for business area leaders to ensure alignment on risk management.
  • Partner with O2C, P2P, business areas, divisions, and legal & integrity teams for seamless integration of due diligence into operations.
  • Contribute to the legal and integrity function strategy and performance management.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in third-party due diligence, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership skills to build, manage, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and presentation of findings.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills (e.g., German) are an asset.
  • Deep understanding of local regulations, anti-bribery laws, sanctions, and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in due diligence processes, including regulatory compliance, sanctions, and reputational risks.
  • Familiarity with investigative tools, OSINT techniques, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, EU sanctions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
