A water treatment and environmental technologies company is currently recruiting a Regional Manager for Northern Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives, including the establishment and maintenance of relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales experience in the wastewater sector, and excellent communication skills.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time

SALARY: Negotiable, depending on experience

LOCATION: Fully remote working possible

Regional Manager Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing operations and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Traveling within the regions managed by the Regional Manager

Regional Manager Ideal Candidate:

• More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the water sector

• Business level of fluency in English and one other language

• Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental Engineering ideal

• Experience in sales and business development in the water sector, particularly wastewater or MBR

• Established sales network

• Knowledge of the wholesale industry and familiarity with the Italian market

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities

• Previous experience in managerial role is a plus

• Fluency in Spanish and German is a plus
