Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic expansion of Welfare services across northern regions, leading outbound sales and high-value business development. You’ll own the regional sales cycle, coordinate with Key Account Managers, and push growth in meal vouchers and fringe benefits. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the customer journey and adapt quickly in a dynamic Welfare Unit. Retribuzione / Benefits
- New Business Development & Upselling: acquire new corporate clients and identify upsell opportunities in existing accounts in coordination with Key Account Managers
- Structured Outbound Prospecting: manage end-to-end sales pipeline with high-volume outbound activities, LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting
- Territorial Market Ownership: act as a dedicated individual contributor managing a regional portfolio of employers (up to 3,000 employees)
- Budget & Target Management: own ambitious semesterly targets focusing on Meal Vouchers and Fringe & Flexible benefits growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Key Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and joint client reviews
- Agile Adaptability: navigate fast-evolving Welfare Business Unit with ownership and hands‑on problem solving
Responsabilità
- Significant business development experience: 6–8 years in a New Business Development role with emphasis on prospecting and outbound sales
- Commercial Execution & Strategy: structured, aggressive commercial approach with track record in long sales cycles and clear pipeline metrics
- Outbound Mastery: proven expertise in structured outbound methodologies and turning cold prospects into enterprise accounts
- Results & Budget Orientation: ability to deliver against volume KPIs and financial performance indicators
- Ownership & Flexibility: comfortable in rapidly growing environments with evolving product portfolios
- Consultative Sales Approach: value-based selling to HR and corporate executives
