Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a proactive sales strategy focused on acquiring new corporate clients and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts, in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline through high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting techniques.
  • Serve as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees).
  • Accountable for achieving ambitious individual and area targets, focusing on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe & Flexible benefit solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management team to ensure seamless post-onboarding alignment, participating in joint client meetings and strategic reviews to streamline the customer journey.
  • Navigate and adapt within a fast-evolving Welfare Business Unit, embracing organizational and priority changes with ownership and a hands‑on problem‑solving mindset.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of business development experience with a strong focus on prospecting and outbound sales activities.
  • Highly structured, aggressive commercial approach; proven track record of managing long sales cycles and presenting pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and historical target achievement.
  • Expertise in structured outbound methodologies, running successful prospecting campaigns, and systematically converting cold prospects into engaged enterprise accounts.
  • Strong alignment with numbers and strict budget governance; experience delivering against volume KPIs and individual financial performance indicators.
  • Resilient professional comfortable in rapidly growing environments where product portfolios and strategic directions evolve quickly, with the ability to pivot effortlessly.
  • Consultative sales approach that combines a result-driven methodology with value-based selling, effectively communicating the benefits of corporate welfare solutions to HR and corporate executives.
