Position Overview

As a Regional Project Manager, the candidate is a passionate advocate to align franchise strategy and activities between office‑based and customer‑facing groups.

Ensure the awareness of customer needs to the office‑based cross‑functional team (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Sales), translating them into new projects and leveraging them for partnership development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the different regional environment for providing tailored business solutions, ensuring a customer‑centric approach and strategy consistency at the national level.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional roles (Sales Reps/DMs/Ram/MSL) and foster an innovative approach in franchise tactical implementation.
  • Evaluate, design, and coordinate potential local activities (regional business plan), monitoring and supporting execution.
  • Lead the whole process of collection and analysis of local customer/competitor insights to advise the office‑based cross‑functional team and inspire customer‑added value projects.
  • Cooperate with brand managers and medical departments to develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for products under the candidate’s responsibility and territory area.
  • Understand real‑life patient flow and work with the franchise team to fully exploit market potential by early diagnosis, early treatment, or changing treatment algorithms for better patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Scientific or Pharmaceutical a plus).
  • 3 years of experience in marketing and sales each in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes, laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong digital skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Planning and organization skills (project management).
  • Business and marketing acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead (lateral leadership).
  • Innovative mindset and customer orientation.
  • Interpersonal and good communication skills.
