Responsibilities:

-Field team management – Coordinate, supervise, and motivate merchandisers and promoters to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

-Performance monitoring – Analyze KPIs, sales, store coverage, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of activities.

-Training and development – Provide coaching and continuous support to improve the team's skills, ensuring a high execution standard.

-Supervision of promotional and merchandising activities – Ensure that promotional materials and product displays comply with company guidelines.

-Market and competition analysis – Gather field insights to provide strategic input to management.

-Reporting and data analysis – Prepare reports on field force activities, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

-Resource and budget management – Ensure the efficient use of allocated resources to optimize field results.

-Compliance with company policies – Ensure that the team operates in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong skills in data organization and analysis, with the ability to propose efficient, practical optimization strategies based on results. Proficient in Excel and other office tools to manage and analyze data effectively;
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English, with strong cross-language communication skills;
• Pressure Management: Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment with strong stress management and flexibility in handling challenges;
• Professional Competence: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to balance the needs of different departments and teams, and optimize resources efficiently.
