We are working exclusively with LiuGong Europe in helping them expand its forklift truck business in Italy. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow the market share through dealer development and direct sales to rental and logistics customers.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing LiuGong’s footprint in Italy’s forklift and material handling market.
Responsibilities
- Develop LiuGong’s footprint in Italy’s forklift and material handling market
- Manage and expand the dealer network, especially in Northern and Central Italy
- Identify and secure key accounts in rental, warehousing, and logistics sectors
- Coordinate machine demos, pricing strategies, and availability with HQ and product teams
- Maintain strong relationships with rental companies and industrial users
- Ensure regional sales targets and KPIs are met
- Travel extensively (60–70%) to customers and dealers across the region
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in material handling, construction, or agricultural equipment
- Background with brands such as Linde, STILL, Toyota MH, Hyster, Manitou, Doosan
- Strong experience in dealer sales and rental fleet negotiations
- Fluent language skills of the area
- Autonomous, KPI-driven, and comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
Pay range and compensation package
- Annual Gross Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus
- Company car, fuel card
