REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (m/f/d) – Italy
- Responsible for the achievement of Sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
- Actively win, retain and grow the business in Italy
- Establishing and maintaining a close relationship with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries.
- Competently advise customers on the technical features and applications of Flow equipment’s and spare parts.
- Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines.
- Negotiating prices and closing deals.
- Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with Marketing.
- Pro‑active development, implementation and reporting of long‑and short‑term regional sales strategies and measures.
- Majority of working time spent “on the road” visiting customers.
- Budget planning.
- Creating a pipeline of leads and reaching out to new potential clients using various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial, industrial and business training/education or similar.
- Solid sales experience in Waterjet, machine tools or industrial equipment preferred.
- Sociable, structured, professional, friendly, independent, responsible and team player.
- Fluent Italian, good English, and any other Eastern European language is a big plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiating skills, results driven.
- Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in Team and independently.
- Demonstrated abilities in developing strong customer relationships.
- Pro‑active, passionate about Sales.
- Willingness for regular travelling.
- Valid driver's license.
