REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (m/f/d) – Italy

  • Responsible for the achievement of Sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
  • Actively win, retain and grow the business in Italy
  • Establishing and maintaining a close relationship with customers, partners and suppliers.
  • Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries.
  • Competently advise customers on the technical features and applications of Flow equipment’s and spare parts.
  • Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines.
  • Negotiating prices and closing deals.
  • Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with Marketing.
  • Pro‑active development, implementation and reporting of long‑and short‑term regional sales strategies and measures.
  • Majority of working time spent “on the road” visiting customers.
  • Budget planning.
  • Creating a pipeline of leads and reaching out to new potential clients using various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial, industrial and business training/education or similar.
  • Solid sales experience in Waterjet, machine tools or industrial equipment preferred.
  • Sociable, structured, professional, friendly, independent, responsible and team player.
  • Fluent Italian, good English, and any other Eastern European language is a big plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills, results driven.
  • Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in Team and independently.
  • Demonstrated abilities in developing strong customer relationships.
  • Pro‑active, passionate about Sales.
  • Willingness for regular travelling.
  • Valid driver's license.
