As Regional Sales Manager , you will plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team based in the north-west region.
You will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of results; you will implement strategies to achieve established goals and objectives.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hands-on, and ready to step up. You have the drive, experience, and mindset to take on the challenge. You are commercially driven, action-oriented, and proactive in making things happen.
Your ability to coordinate, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions will be key to success. Strong communication and networking skills are essential, as you will be working with teams across different functions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of front-line sales staff, actively involved in the field with salespeople and customers.
- Supporting customers in the defined region in line with DP strategy.
- Reviewing and monitoring sales performance periodically and refining sales strategies.
- Managing budgets and forecasts.
- Developing the team.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant University degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management within the engineering cutting tools industry or an equivalent background.
Strong experience in managing external and internal customer relationships.
Outstanding negotiation skills, fluent in Italian and English.
Location: Piemonte or Lombardia Ovest.
