Regional Sales Manager

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, today we are a market leader in Ukraine and successfully export our products to numerous countries across Europe and worldwide.


We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna regions .


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region .
  • Achieve sales targets and grow the client base .
  • Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.
  • Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations.
  • Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.


Requirements

  • Residence in Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna .
  • Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).
  • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
