Zenith Global , now part of IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services group, is a financial intermediary pursuant to Article 106 of the Italian Banking Act (TUB), specialised in structured finance transactions. Founded in 2000, Zenith Global manages more than 300 securitisation special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and approximately €50 billion in assets in its role as Master Servicer.

Zenith Global performs all roles and activities connected with a securitisation transaction, from the incorporation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and their administrative, accounting and corporate management, to cash and payment services, as well as Master Servicing, Back-up Servicing, credit portfolio management, regulatory activities and structuring services.

To strengthen its Regulatory Reporting team, Zenith Global is seeking an Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Specialized Reporting and contribute to the continued development of the Unit and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support activities related to Central Credit Register (Centrale dei Rischi) reporting.
  • Support ESMA reporting activities.
  • Support reporting activities for investment banks .


Preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma in Economics, Business, or a Technical field;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data management skills
