Mindrift is recruiting for a project-based software development professional to craft and evaluate AI development tasks within simulated environments. You will design tasks, define success criteria, and build robust tests for AI agents while collaborating with a remote, freelance team.
Qualifications include 5+ years of software development, a strong stack (Python FastAPI, React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis), and experience writing tests (functional/integration).
