Alignerr is seeking AI Red Team Testers to probe, challenge, and stress-test AI systems from anywhere, on an hourly contract with flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
You will craft prompts and scenarios to reveal weaknesses, document failure modes with clear steps to reproduce, and rate the severity and potential impact of vulnerabilities. Collaboration with safety researchers will help prioritize fixes and improve AI safety at scale.
