GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Italy, fully remote within Italy. You will deliver Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products to overseas markets, organize technical training, and perform on-site commissioning when required.
You will collaborate with sales, R&D, and service teams to ensure reliable operation and excellent customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of the role.
