UNICEF Rome requires a Skills Building Consultant for a 5-month contract, with a working arrangement in Rome, Italy and home-based. The role focuses on capacity development, policy dialogue, and advocacy for learning-to-earn pathways for unaccompanied children and youth migrants.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, at least 3 years’ relevant experience including project management, and fluent Italian and English.
