Role Summary

Direct Sales & Operations Specialist in B2B Rent-a-Car, responsible for managing contracts, orders, financial exposure, and vehicle deliveries for Stellantis direct sales clients, ensuring alignment across internal functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management : Oversee contract management activities for Stellantis RAC direct sales Customers (both international and national), in coordination with all relevant internal Teams (Finance, Purchasing, Treasury, Legal).
  • Orders Management : Manage end-to-end order processes for all vehicles across RAC direct sales brands handled by the B2B Direct Sales entity.
  • Financial Management : Monitor and manage financial coverage and exposure related to RAC direct sales Customers, in close collaboration with Finance and Treasury Teams.
  • Deliveries Management : Track and analyse monthly delivery performance, working closely with the carflow Team to ensure alignment with operational targets.
  • KPI Analysis & Reporting : Perform analysis and reporting on key business metrics, including orders, registrations, invoicing, and stock levels, on a monthly basis, in line with cross-functional business requirements.
  • Customers Interaction : In addition to internal coordination, maintain direct contact with RAC Customers on all relevant topics outlined above.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong aptitude for legal and financial aspects related to framework agreements and contract management with RAC Customers
  • Proficiency in managing order-related processes and deliveries through Stellantis IT systems and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for KPI monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and problem-solving approach also in Customer interactions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a collaborative mindset, also collaborating with HQ international RAC Sales Team
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a proactive and positive attitude



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive market
  • Experience with sales, finance and logistics. Legal nice to have
  • Fluent English: additional languages are a plus.
