PRIMARY FUNCTION
Ensure by Requirements Engineering principles, the proper addressing of customer/stakeholder needs and requirements toward the development process till validation phase, while being the referent for vehicle stakeholder needs and requirements within the assigned project(s).
The successful applicant should demonstrate working experience within zero emission vehicle disciplines and related features.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES
- Understand the customer (Customer Persona, Mission Profile, Second stage Application)
- Stakeholders needs elicitation (including Homologation/Regulation, NCAP, Body Builders, …)
- Stakeholder Needs allocation
- Needs/requirements database management
- Ensure a consistent approach to functional and non functional development toward customer goals expectation
- Harmonize during the development phase technical solutions with stakeholder requirements
- Ensure support to the Program Increment SAFe activities
- Implement guidelines, share lessons learned and best practices across programs
- Referent for Vehicle Feature related activities on the assigned project(s)
- Act across Product managers and other internal program stakeholders (Homologation/Regulation, PTF, Manufacturing, Service, Quality…), Development Teams (e.g. E/E system & component development team), Vehicle Integration Responsible, Chief Engineers (E.g. Validation, Programs), Product Validation team, Architecture Teams (Vehicle & E/E), FuSa & Cyber Security Teams, Advanced Engineering, Process & Method Team, Vehicle Benchmarking Team, Design Release Engineering
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years minimum
- Language Skills: English Fluent - Italian Fluent
- Strong Knowledge of Requirements Management
- Working Knowledge of System Engineering principles
- Working knowledge of complex systems (preferably passenger car and/or commercial vehicles systems)
- Working knowledge of Vehicle Integration processes/testing
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Strong team driving and collaboration skills
- Self-managed/directed
- Working experience in zero emission vehicle disciplines and related features
DIGITAL SKILLS
- Experience in using requirements management tools
- Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering tools
- Expert in Microsoft Office
