Requirements Engineer Product Configuration (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial product configuration rules, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and Schindler’s strategic objectives.
• Define and develop technical specifications for pricing and costing configuration rules, enabling accurate and efficient commercial processes.
• Monitor change management, follow up CP/Sprint implementation and support communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct extended testing of configuration changes to ensure correctness and alignment with business logic.
• Propose and execute continuous improvements within the configuration environment.

What You Bring

• Proven knowledge of elevator systems and components (min. 3 years).
• Strong understanding of configuration applications such as SAP VC, CAMOS CPQ or equivalent (min. 3 years).
• Experience in the elevator industry (min. 3 years).
• Good knowledge of IT systems and solid overview of business processes for offer and order fulfilment (min. 2 years).
• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar (minimum: Bachelor).
• English – C2 (Proficient).

Qualifications That Will Strengthen Your Profile

• Knowledge of CAMOS Develop.
• CPQ tools.
• Experience with Jira, PCM Integrity (task & change management).
• Knowledge of SAP ERP SD/MM.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
