What will you be responsible for?
- Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical part
- Using your technical knowledge to troubleshoot technical problems and assign sub-tasks to team members
- Motivating and engaging team members to accomplish project tasks and meet deadlines
- Reporting project activities to the Research Manager, proactively discussing bottlenecks and project risks
What are we looking for?
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to think outside the box
- A good attitude towards operational work and leadership
- Empathy and relationship-building skills
- Experience in HVAC&R field is preferred but not required
- A PhD is considered a plus but not required
