Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where hospitality excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency are key? As the Resident Manager at Tribera Milan, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and managing our new Milan property, opening in Fall 2026. You'll be involved from the pre-opening phase through to full operational delivery, managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Acquisition & Marketing : Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the Tribera brand experience.
  • Customer Care & Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
  • Facility Management : Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
  • Operational Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to Tribera's business compliance guidelines.
  • Quality & Safety : Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regular drills and access control.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience : 2–5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or Room Division Manager.
  • People Skills : A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail : A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management.
  • Communication Skills : Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with additional languages a plus.
  • Leadership : Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support.
