Aviapartner is seeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.
- Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department.
- It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues.
- Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements.
- Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sickleaves, vacations requests, etc.

- Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes.
- Team Building, Team Working, and interpersonal relationship skills.

- Coordination and leadership skills to ensure the required quality standards, with a professional, punctual, and correct performance.
- Human Resources coordination.
- Customer and results orientation.
- Knowledge and use of IT support.
- High school diploma/degree.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Well-groomed and tidy appearance, in line with the reference context.
- Driving licence (B) and car owner.
