Responsabile Tecnico Servizi

Location: VIA MANFREDONIA, 48, 71100, FOGGIA, ITALIA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and modernization activities of elevators, escalators, stairs, and moving carpets in Foggia/BAT and surrounding provinces, ensuring compliance with company rules and safety/environmental regulations.
• Ensure achievement of productivity levels set for assigned technical resources, sharing and applying company quality and customer‑satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma (diploma di scuola media superiore) with prior experience managing resources in a maintenance‑service‑oriented sector.
• Young engineers with a strong managerial background are also considered.
• Strong managerial skills, leadership tendency, result orientation, proactivity, and customer orientation.
