Restaurant General Manager – Italy to Aruba

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager from Italy to lead a high-volume, fine dining restaurant in Aruba. This is a unique opportunity to take full operational leadership of a premium concept in one of the Caribbean’s most desirable destinations.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the performance, guest experience, and leadership of a flagship fine dining operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-revenue environment.

You will oversee all front‑of‑house operations, drive financial results, build and develop a strong team, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience aligned with fine dining standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of a high-volume, premium fine dining operation.
• Oversee front‑of‑house operations and ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Build, train, and retain a high-performing team; foster a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain quality standards and menu execution.
• Represent the restaurant in the Aruba market and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Italy or with recent experience in the Italian fine dining market.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Director, or Senior F&B Leader in high-volume, upscale or fine dining concepts.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, train, and retain high-performing teams.
• Willingness and readiness to relocate to Aruba.
