We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual for the role of Restaurant General Manager (Milan) . This role is ideal for a high-performing professional passionate about excellence and organizational growth. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of food, service, health & safety, and the efficient operation of the restaurant, including legal compliance and resource management.

What do we look for?
- Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services
- Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, focused on team development
- A strategic approach to operations with strong financial management and business development skills
- Outstanding communication skills to build relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
- A passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
What will you work on?
- Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating a strong presence in service and operations
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Stay informed about legal requirements and ensure compliance
- Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to develop a skilled team
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
- Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory to minimize waste
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deals
- Act as the liaison between the restaurant and senior management
