Job Brief:

Our client is hiring a Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of food, service, and team performance are met at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.
  • Plan, lead, and execute daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules.
  • Maintain operational excellence and implement SOPs to ensure service consistency.
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Manage restaurant budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce overhead.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate closely with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to maintain high service standards.


Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred,Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
  • Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
  • Proficient in POS systems (Micros preferred), Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software (SevenRooms, OpenTable).
  • Proficiency in Italian cuisines is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Health & Safety and Hygiene Certification required.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: EURO 48,000/year- No tax deduction
