Retail Area Manager - Sicilia e Sardegna

As a Retail Area Manager and in direct connection with the Head of Retail, you will implement the brand’s commercial strategy across an area of 6-10 stores in Sicily and Sardinia. Thanks to a strong in-store presence and daily team engagement, your mission will be to maximize the performance of your points of sale and keep your teams happy, while providing our customers with an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing the revenue and profitability of your stores by implementing concrete action plans. Ensuring the excellence of the Rituals customer experience, making sure operational standards are respected in your stores (merchandising, sales ceremony, etc.). Ensuring the proper execution of in-store procedures (administrative tasks, cash control, security, stock management, etc.). Ensuring a smooth flow of information and reporting situations encountered in the field. Recruiting, coaching, evaluating, and motivating sales teams. Monitoring sales team schedules to optimize the productivity of your area.
