Retail Data Management Trainee

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Retail Data Management Intern to join our Retail Management team at our Corporate Office in Milan.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail commercial real estate sector and work closely with senior professionals in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate has:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in developing data visualization skills (optional);
• A valid driving license.

What you will learn and support?

As Retail Data Management Trainee at Savills you will:

• Assist the team with market analysis and reporting , supporting data collection, organization, and basic interpretation;
• Support the Line Manager and department in advising clients on commercial real estate opportunities , gaining insight into client needs and decision‑making processes;
• Contribute to the monitoring of retail asset performance and the preparation of internal and client reports;
• Provide general analytical and administrative support to ongoing projects and team activities.

This internship is designed as a learning experience , and tasks will be assigned progressively according to your skills and development. In addition to the activities described above, you may be involved in other duties reasonably required , in line with business needs and your learning objectives.
