Enable omnichannel store experiences. Coordinate with Global OMS and eCommerce teams to support BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, and remote selling ; track store‑level SLAs and inventory & price accuracy that underpin these journeys. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for hardware, software, and network services. Participate in strategic planning for retail technology evolution and innovation.
