Base location: Florence, Rome, Naples, or Sicily (Catania / Palermo); frequent regional store travel required.
Job Responsibilities
- Full retail channel ownership (people, store, inventory, incentives, promotions, training)
- People: Maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales staff; manage Xiaomi field supervisors per SOP.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee product stock, brand presence, in-store displays, and promotional materials.
- Incentives: Execute and monitor store gifts, supervisor and promoter incentive programs.
- Promotions: Ensure regional channel promotion policies are fully implemented.
- Training: Own new product training effectiveness for store staff, promoters, and supervisors.
- SOP compliance & field supervision
- Manage daily attendance, monthly store visit completion rates, and key in-store standard operating procedures.
- Visualize performance and deliver daily/weekly operational reports.
- Performance accountability
- Drive and deliver SO (Sales Objective) & ST (Store Turnover) targets for the assigned region.
- Market intelligence
- Collect, analyze, and report competitor activities and market insights regularly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent Italian (working language proficiency).
- Personal traits: Passionate, proactive, responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
