Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join KIKO Milano’s Marketing & Communication Team.

Such talent will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis for all the Retail Marketing activities to support the Italian organization to achieve business targets.

The mission of the Retail Marketing Coordinator is to support Italian business (more than 300 stores) with retail marketing and co-marketing activities to reinforce brand awareness and reputation at local level with a drive to store approach.


In particular, you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the Retail Marketing Italy plan and strategy, consistently with the Global approach and HQ guidelines
  • Develop and lead Retail Marketing and co-marketing initiatives both in shopping malls (e.g.: collaboration with Shopping Mall Landlords, initiatives on their FB/IG/Web site channels, initiatives related to their loyalty programs, neighborhood offers for staff...) and in KIKO's other commercial realities, with a drive to store approach to increase brand visibility locally
  • Analyze business performance data and define, in collaboration with the Retail function, targeted actions to support the business
  • Analyze and share feedback on evolving market trends and local competitors
  • Participate in the definition and ensure monitoring of the reference budget
  • Collaborate with CRM Global to develop local plans aimed at increasing customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Global to identify drive-to-store activities to support the territory
  • Collaborate with Media Global to decline the editorial plan consistently with local needs


What you will need to succeed

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
  • 3-4 years experience in a Retail Company
  • Good level in English
  • Experience in beauty field is a plus
  • Strong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results driven approach
