Position
We are currently looking for a Retail Operations Specialist .
The Retail Operations Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across retail activities, ensuring accurate asset management, supporting retail project execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role acts as a key link between different partners, ensuring efficient deployment, tracking, and optimization of retail initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- High Value Assets Tracking & Operational Management: Monitor the status and accuracy of LDU (Live Demo Units) and Seeding devices in line with company guidelines; support deployment, recollection, and rework processes, ensuring proper tracking and regular reporting.
- Lead and Support Retail Projects: Monitor and follow up on project execution and performance; track sell-out results and engagement in internal/external tools/apps; provide actionable feedback and performance reviews to drive results.
- Power BI Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain data-driven, interactive dashboards to track retail project performance, field productivity, and sell-out trends; develop weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making; identify performance trends and provide proactive business recommendations.
- Internal Retail System Launch & Local Maintenance: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to support the implementation of internal Retail Management Systems (RMS); ensure accurate data migration, validation, and alignment with global standards; support ongoing system maintenance from a retail operations perspective.
- Retail Data Integrity & External Communication: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across retail systems; coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to maintain high-quality data updates and reporting standards.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare and maintain project trackers, recap reports, and status updates, ensuring clear and structured communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economy, Marketing or related fields.
- Fluent in Italian and English, Chinese may be considered as a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
- Power BI is mandatory
- 2-3 years of analytical experience in trade and retail marketing , preferably within a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry.
- Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent analytical skills , detail-oriented, creative mindset.
