Job Description

The Retail Planner is responsible for defining and monitoring the store turnover objectives, breaking them down into commercial KPIs and productivity goals. The main objectives are: 1) supporting the Manager in planning turnover objectives aligned with retail management indicators; 2) monitoring and verifying the consistency of Action and Workforce Plans of Store Managers and Retail Supervisors with the set objectives.

Qualifications

  • Support the Manager in planning store turnover based on potential, benchmarking, tourist flows, and consumer behavior.
  • Plan commercial KPIs per store based on Retail Supervisor guidance and HQ initiatives, respecting deadlines.
  • Manage store staff respecting productivity objectives, considering potential, benchmarking, and labor costs.
  • Ensure Store Managers and Retail Supervisors plan actions and objectives consistent with targets.
  • Review store trends and support Store Managers and Retail Supervisors in adjusting actions and objectives.
  • Promote role development through proactive, team, and digital activities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Encourage behaviors and actions aligned with Sustainable Development practices, including environmental care, process improvement, and community engagement.
  • Develop and utilize digital technologies within the role for process management and stakeholder communication.

Additional Information

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in retail planning.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (C1).
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing priorities and stress effectively.
  • Interest in the fashion industry.
