Job Responsibilities:

The Planning & Distribution Merchandiser will support the Retail&Franchising Department in different activities such as:

• Create the open-to-buy for each store at category level.
• Support HQ Retail team by providing timely reporting and analysis to drive the business at WW level.
• Help the Outlet Manager in setting Monthly Sales goals.
• Guarantee the correct assortment and allocation to meet the requested sales goals.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports for HQ Retail team on the focus KPIs.
• Support and update weekly & monthly sales budgets and targets.
• Be owner of the management of the overstocks liaising with the CS team.
• Suggest in-season re-assortments according to the sales trend, in collaboration with the Buying team.
• Liaise with Customer Service to monitor and follow up on delivery status and orders
• Stock transfers and consolidation between stores to constantly optimize sell through within the market.

Requirements:

• Degree (Economics, Engineering or Statistics)
• At least 3 years working experience in similar positions.
• Strong analytical & reporting skills to analyse and understand product performance and market trends.
• Results oriented.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with sense of urgency
• Precision and detail oriented.
• Team player
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Able to work in a cross function and multi stakeholders’ reality
• Fluent Italian and English
• Great knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
