Overview

We are looking for the Store Manager for an important italian luxury clothing brand in Matelica

Responsibilities

• As a Store Manager you will lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales revenue.
• Organize events.
• Conduct monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
• Oversee annual review process for all store employees and set annual employee goals.
• Identify and create action plans and build development plans for all employees.
