Job title: Retail Training Product Specialist (Maternity Leave)

Fendi is seeking a dynamic Retail Training Product Specialist to support the team in the evolution of the brand’s global product and business strategy, assisting training sessions and content development focused on effective materials that CAs can leverage to enhance their selling experience. This resource will oversee the scheduling of the training agenda, taking into account the delivery objectives of product elevation, client experience and business growth. This role is based in Rome at Fendi HQ and reports to the WW Retail Training Director.

Job responsibilities

  • Project design training programs, workshops, and materials focused on all aspects of product categories that are effective for CAs to apply in their selling ceremonies with clients
  • Contribute to the organization of planning and coordination of training sessions on a worldwide scale, establishing training calendars and schedules for timely delivery
  • Work with zones’ training teams, collect feedback on the training materials delivered, and suggest improvements to meet local training needs
  • Collaborate on the strategic definition and execution of training contents, ensuring all training materials are engaging, relevant, and accessible
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to analyze the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on client conversion, satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, UPT (unit per transaction), cross-offering, suggesting improvements
  • Run qualitative and quantitative analyses of luxury market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving client behaviors, identifying emerging needs and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations and innovative concepts that directly enhance the relevance, effectiveness, and future-readiness of our global retail training curriculum

Profile

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in retail training (minimum 3 years) in international retail companies and client experience and strategy development is required. Knowledge of the retail luxury industry will be considered a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines while delivering excellence, along with a results-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English is required; Italian will be considered a plus
