Update and manage governance documentation (notices, minutes, archiving, filings) Provide operational support to implement decisions and prepare contractual documents Manage benefit requests, enrollments, complaints, and regulatory reports Conduct second‑level controls and monitor risk management KPIs Coordinate with third‑party suppliers and update institutional documentation Analyze tax issues related to supplementary pensions Responsabilità
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields Knowledge of pension regulations (D.Lgs. 252/2005, IORP II, DORA, GDPR) and supervisory practices Experience in operational management of pension funds including enrollments, benefits, complaints Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and team‑oriented attitude in international contexts Requisiti fondamentali
