Revenue Manager with Luxury Expertise

We are seeking a Revenue Manager with strong commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of hotel dynamics, capable of combining strategic analysis with the standards typical of 5-star hotels. The goal is to optimize the profitability of our properties, with a particular focus on ADR (Average Daily Rate) and pricing positioning, while maintaining high standards and a luxury guest experience. The selected candidate will be based at Hotel Brunelleschi in Florence but will also oversee revenue management for Hotel Violino d’Oro in Venice, coordinating with the revenue team at Grand Hotel Minerva to ensure an integrated and successful strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Premium Pricing Strategies: Define and implement pricing plans that promote the growth of ADR, ensuring a positioning consistent with luxury standards.
- Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and property performance to identify growth opportunities and improve pricing performance.
- Commercial Management: Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities across different channels, ensuring perfect synergy between sales and pricing strategies.
- Coordination and Supervision: Oversee revenue management activities at Hotel Violino d’Oro in Venice and actively collaborate with the team at Grand Hotel Minerva to ensure consistency in pricing and distribution strategies.
- Reporting and KPIs: Prepare detailed reports on pricing trends, occupancy, and RevPAR, proposing strategic solutions based on data.
