In this role you will lead the deployment of Design for Reliability and Robustness (DfSR) across product squads, champion safety and reliability integration, and guide teams in risk assessment and continuous improvement. You’ll train engineers in DfSR methodologies and report outcomes to ensure top standards. The position supports Schneider Electric within a mission to advance safe, robust, and reliable products across energy and automation domains. Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or quality roles with focus on DfSS, DfSR, power systems, electronics, or electromechanical systems
• Proficiency in ReliaSoft tools
• Experience in Agile product development environments
• Strong customer orientation and application knowledge
• Excellent intercultural communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
• Preferred: DfSS Certifications (CSSGB or CSSBB) and CRE
• Experience with P-diagram-driven DFMEA development is highly desirable
• Coaching and project management experience
