We are looking for a dedicated intern in our R&D Trims team, with specific activities in the development of Seat Development. The role includes contributing to develop new seat projects, with the aim of defining a workflow that allows the application of new methodologies and achieving, within the project timelines, the targets for comfort, perceived quality, safety and all other performance criteria.
Responsibilities You will cooperate in different activities, including:
Analysis of the current vehicle and seat component approval process
Integration of new seat methodologies into the existing process
Support for the planning and development of new projects
Required profile For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Mechanical, Vehicle or Industrial Engineering.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also have already gained first work‑experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target‑oriented, and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills such as the ability to listen and in‑depth reasoning. You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
