Our goal is to extend this technology on a global scale. To do this, we need a Senior Sales Account to take our business development efforts to the next level.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Account to join our Sales Team.
As a Senior Sales Account , you will be responsible for the strategic management and business development of medium and large enterprise clients. Your role will require a high degree of autonomy and leadership, from creating new opportunities to managing relationships with decision-makers and closing complex deals. You will serve as a key player within the sales team, working closely with the Sales Director to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- New client acquisition: Identify and develop strategic opportunities to expand the client portfolio, focusing on medium and large enterprises.
- Key account management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients, particularly with senior executives (C-level), while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Complex sales cycles: Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
- Strategic development: Collaborate with the Sales Director to identify new market opportunities, define growth strategies, and achieve revenue goals.
- Internal leadership: Share best practices with the sales team and support junior colleagues in managing complex negotiations.
- CRM management: Track all activities and opportunities using HubSpot, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.
- Forecasting and reporting: Provide regular forecasts and updates on sales performance to the leadership team.
- Experience: 8+ years in complex sales roles, focusing on medium and large enterprises (preferably SaaS, AI, or CRM).
- Proven success: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including closing high-value contracts.
- C-level engagement: Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with executives and decision-makers.
- Autonomy and leadership: Strong ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategically.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (B2 level or higher).
- Passion for technology: Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, SaaS solutions, or customer engagement technologies.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze the market, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the definition of commercial strategies.
- Prior experience in scaling sales for a fast-growing tech company.

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining days working from home with days spent in the office. Our Milan office is located at SPACES, Piazza Gae Aulenti 1/Torre B, where we regularly meet to collaborate and work together in person.
