Key Responsibilities
1.Order Processing (Core)
- Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issues
- Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports
2.Marketing Support
- Assist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches)
- Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics)
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP tools
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilities
- Flexible, proactive and able to work independently
