Key Responsibilities

1.Order Processing (Core)

  • Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issues
  • Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports

2.Marketing Support

  • Assist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches)
  • Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics)


Job Requirements

  1. 1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plus
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP tools
  3. Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilities
  4. Flexible, proactive and able to work independently
