Sales Administrative Support – Pet Care Unit (Strategic Brands)

Your mission at Tolsa
You’ll be the vital link connecting the sales team with international clients, internal departments, and industry events. Your organization, analytical skills, and communication will add real value to the business, freeing up our sales team from operational tasks and helping us shine in front of our customers.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
Sales Team Support (30%)
Make sure our Salespeople have everything they need: SAP data, reports, internal requests, sample tracking, and initial contacts with potential clients via web/Salesforce. Payments, Accounting.
Direct Support to International Clients/Customers (20%)
Answer general inquiries, share technical documentation, and coordinate special shipments (labeling, sealing, etc.) with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Logistics.
Cross-Department Collaboration (30%)
Be the go-to person between Tolsa and subsidiaries for managing sales conditions, pricing, promotions, and production needs. You’ll also update pricing files and perform pricing analysis.
Marketing & Events Support (10%)
Work alongside Marketing to coordinate trade shows, congresses, communication campaigns, commercial materials design, merchandising, and supplier relations.
Professional Development (10%)

What we need from you:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in similar roles (commercial administration, customer service, international support)
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in SAP and Salesforce
- Degree in Sales/Business Administration or related fields
- Desire to grow in an international, customer-focused commercial environment
