We’re now looking for a Sales & Back Office Specialist to join our team in Milan—someone who combines commercial drive, operational precision, and a passion for design .
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain successful, long-lasting commercial relationships with B2B clients, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted international markets and channels, aligning with the company’s strategic positioning.
- Order & Export Coordination: Oversee international purchase orders and exports, manage order workflows, coordinate logistics processes, provide accurate customs documentation for overseas deliveries, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product Representation: Act as an ambassador of Qeeboo’s projects and collections, showcasing a deep knowledge of the products, design, materials, and processes.
Requirements:
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 3+ years managing international B2B clients
- Background in furniture, design, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics
Commercial Mindset
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
- Able to identify opportunities and turn them into tangible results
Skills & Tools
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Confident with Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a bonus
- Analytical and data-driven in your approach
Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
