About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Sales and Business Development Responsible to join our team in Trieste, Italy . The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and strengthening relationships with current and potential customers, analyzing customer needs, structuring sales processes, and offering effective logistics solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring a Sales and Business Development Responsible for our logistics company based in Italy. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or trade marketing within the logistics sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments in Italy
  • Manage all sales and business development activities related to logistics services for corporate clients in the assigned region
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive growth in targeted sectors
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by nurturing long-term relationships
  • Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and financial plans for the region
  • Monitor product and sales profitability and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop and implement pricing and sales strategies in line with market trends
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses to senior management
