Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our international business development and marketing operations from our Parma office. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for international travel agents, conduct engaging presentations and webinars, and create compelling marketing materials to promote our European tour packages. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with travel partners worldwide while developing innovative marketing strategies to expand our global reach.
This position requires a proactive professional who can seamlessly blend sales expertise with creative marketing skills, working closely with our product and operations teams to showcase our premium travel offerings to international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international travel agents and tour operators, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships
- Conduct one-to-one product presentations via Zoom and other digital platforms to showcase our European tour packages to potential partners
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from international partners, providing detailed information about our products, pricing, and availability
Marketing & Communications:
- Organize and conduct engaging webinars for travel agents, featuring our latest products, destination highlights, and special offers
- Prepare and distribute newsletters showcasing new products, seasonal promotions, and company updates to our international partner network
- Create compelling sales presentations, brochures, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition
- Collaborate with the product team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific markets and customer segments
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agent partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend virtual trade shows, networking events, and industry webinars to promote VIT's services and build industry connections
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help improve products and services based on client needs and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Resident in Parma / No relocation / No Remote or Hybrid Working
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in tourism, travel industry, or B2B services
- Strong presentation skills with experience conducting virtual meetings and webinars
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Work Environment
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)
- Office location: Via Emilia Est, Parma
- International work environment with daily interaction with global partners
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in the travel industry, tour operations, or working with travel agents is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of European destinations and tourism market trends
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, webinar platforms, and CRM systems
- Outgoing personality with natural relationship-building abilities

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
