Contribute to the business development of sales products and aftersales services within your area of responsibility. Manage customers’ portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a long-term and structured relationship in line with the company’s overall strategy, while increasing operational performance, and business profitability.
Organize and coordinate after-sales service operations: customer follow-up, contract and service call management, deployment of activities at existing and new sites, and operational management of after-sales service teams.
Ensure compliance with commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and costs.
Job Description
Your mission will include the following activities:
- Develop and monitor the products Sales and After-Sales Service activity plan for the area: activity forecasts, workload plans, operating budgets, and monitoring of costs and profitability for services and service contracts.
- Contribute to the business development of tooling sales and after‑sales services such as: preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating and monitoring contracts, and managing customer relationships.
- Conduct business reviews and contribute to defining corrective and improvement actions.
And specifically for the After‑Sales perimeter:
- Manage and coordinate all After‑Sales Service activities within the assigned area (region/sites): organizing operations, implementing the company’s after‑sales service strategy, managing resources, and developing team skills.
- Oversee the feasibility and execution of After‑Sales Service activities: assess technical and human resources, prioritize tasks, approve service requests, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Organize the planning of After‑Sales Service activities (schedules, timing, subcontracting) and ensure regular communication with customers regarding the progress of services.
- Participate in defining and implementing after‑sales service and sales processes and procedures.
Profile
With a higher education background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, you have continued your studies with a specialization in Business/Project Management.
- You also have at least 10 years of experience in MRO/MRE.
- You have excellent writing skills.
- You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong interest in international technical environments.
